In fact, research continually shows those who receive dental services on a regular basis improve both their mental and physical health. With our yearly membership you no longer have to bear the full burden of significant and unexpected expenses.
Coverage Includes
Examination
• New Patient Comprehensive Exam
• Periodic Oral Exam
• Emergency Exam
Preventative
• Cleanings- 2 per year (healthy gums)
• Any additional cleanings 20% off
Radiographs
• Full Mouth X-rays (every 5 years)
• Bitewings (1 per year)
• PA’s (as needed)
20% OFF ALL TREATMENT FEES
fees are based on the usual and customary fee at the time of service
10% off Orthodontics
Annual Membership Rates

| Children (14 and under) | $149 |
• Renewal payment is due at the beginning of the same month each year
• Payments are due whe services are rendered.
• It is the sole responsibility of the member to maximize their benefits by arranging all the appropriate appointments within the 12 month period. If the appointments are not used, the member will not be entitled to a refund nor a rollover of benefits.
Our membership is NOT a dental insurance plan, and can only be used here at The Dentist of Summerlin.
It cannot be combined with any other dental insurance coverage. Discounts do not apply to any other treatment prior to joining.
