George A. Davis, DDS

Dr. Davis performed an excellent job on reconstructing my front tooth! I now have a million-dollar shine. Overall very satisfied with my experience at The Dentist of Summerlin. A++

Dr. Davis grew up in Southern California where he enjoyed going to the beach, mountains, and Disneyland. He attended Brigham Young University on a Water Polo Scholarship where he met his wife, Linda. After spending two years serving a mission in France, he returned to California where he and Linda were married. He is the proud father of five children and 11 grandchildren.He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and water skiing on Lake Mead. He loves to relax by running long distances and has completed 23 marathons, including the Boston Marathon three times. He graduated from USC Dental School so he is a huge USC Football fan. His favorite movie is The Sound of Music and James Taylor is his favorite musician. Pizza is a big hit with him and sweets will always get his attention. His motto has always been: “Keep Smiling!”

I was born and raised in Southern California. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, skiing, and cooking. My favorite books are When Breath Becomes Air and the classic Giving Tree. My educational background is a BA and DMD from Tufts University in Boston, MA. Several associations and awards are the American Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Massachusetts Dental Society, Dean’s List, and the Granada Service Award. My philosophy is to treat our patients like our own family. Therefore, my priority is always your comfort and confidence as I aspire to provide a smile that helps you laugh, eat and sleep well.

Dr. Summer Lane - Oral Surgeon

Just amazing!! I can’t put into words how great Dr. Summer Lane is. Just trust, there is no one out there better.

Dr. Lane is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon specializing in dental implantology, full-arch implant rehabilitation, and complex dentoalveolar surgery including dental extractions and bone grafting. After receiving her undergraduate degree in biology and hotel administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Dr. Lane attended dental school at University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Her passion for oral and maxillofacial surgery led her to Pittsburgh, PA where she completed her surgical residency at Allegheny general hospital. ‍Dr. Lane is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) and American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ACOMS).

Dr. Corneliu Sima - Periodontist

Dr. Sima brings over 15 years of experience as a periodontist and implant surgeon. Following his periodontics residency at the University of Toronto, he spent seven years at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and The Forsyth Institute, providing periodontal and oral surgical care, conducting cutting-edge research, and teaching. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, has published over 30 research papers, and holds multiple awards for excellence in clinical care, research, and teaching. Dr. Sima enjoys the beautiful outdoors in the Reno-Tahoe area, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. He is passionate about photography and environmental conservation.
